3. 90-Day Guarantee

Our 90-day guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

• The business must have a verified Google Business Profile.
• The business must provide all necessary access and information requested by Ras Results.
• If the business does not reach the top 3 results for the agreed-upon keywords within 90 days, a full refund of the service fee will be issued upon request.

4. Limitation of Liability

Ras Results shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ras Results operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
